No sign, placard, picture, name, advertisement, or any notice shall be displayed inside or outside the AUA buildings without the consent of the AUA Administration.

Announcements and posters related to departmental activities can be posted by the persons authorized by department heads.

All other announcements must be reviewed and approved by the AUA Administration.

AUA bulletin boards cannot be used for private business, religious or political announcements.

Prior approval must be secured from the AUA Communications Office for taking photographs or videotaping on AUA premises by mass media.
