The American University of Armenia is open to all academically qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, marital status, disability, or national origin.

All matriculated students share in the same rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the University.

The University does not discriminate against students on the basis of race, color, religion, marital status, disability, or national origin in administering its policies and programs.

While the loan program and many scholarship programs are open to all students, many scholarships and subsidies are limited by donors to Armenian citizens and/or ethnic Armenians. In such cases, the policies and procedures are equitably administered within such constraints.
