AUAC/AUAF Boards of Trustees Communications

The Boards of Trustees are the governing boards of the University. The President is directly responsible to the Trustees for the administration of the University. As such, the President is the liaison between the University’s faculty, staff and students and the Boards of Trustees on all matters related to the University. Individual faculty and staff or their respective entities communicate with the members of the Boards through the President or with a copy of the communication to the President.

AUA Donors Communications  

The AUA Executive Team (or VP of Development) is the liaison between the University’s faculty, staff and students and the AUA donors on all matters related to the University. The faculty, staff and students cannot approach AUA donors to solicit them for their own individual and academic program/unit needs.
