The signature authority rests with the President of AUA. He/she may delegate that authority to the VPs, Deans, Center Directors/Department heads through respective Power of Attorney or Order, a copy of which shall be sent to the Accounting department. VPs, Deans, Center Directors/Department heads in turn may delegate that authority to other responsible persons within their departments by corresponding Powers of Attorney. The Accounting department serves as a depository of all Powers of Attorney related to signature authorization.
