The AUA recognizes the importance of vacations and strongly encourages all Employees to take an annual vacation.
The vacation length and payment policy is regulated by the RA Labor Code.
Vacations can be taken in whole or in part. Employees are also encouraged to take their full vacation during those months when the AUAF is in recess.
Employees are encouraged to take their vacations initially accommodating the department’s work schedule.
