On annulling the Order 001/16 L of 26.12.2016 on Approving the Benefits Policy for the International Full-Time Faculty of the “American University of Armenia” Fund

Being guided by the Article 27 of the RA Law on Funds, points 1 and 3 of the Article 38 of the RA law on Normative Legal Acts, and Article 5.14 of the Charter of the “American University of Armenia” Fund (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”),

I hereby order:

To annul the Order N 001/16 L of 26.12.2016 On approving the Benefits Policy for the International Full-time Faculty of the “American University of Armenia” Fund from the moment of its adoption.

To address the issue of the reimbursement of benefits already applied by the Order No. 001/16 L of 26.12.2016 issued by the Provost of the “American University of Armenia” Fund on an individual basis.

The present Order shall take into effect immediately upon its signature.
