AUA Services arranges the airport pick-ups and departures for international faculty, staff and students. Normally, the Housing Assistant/Driver of the Services Office would meet the new faculty/staff. He/she would also meet international students when requested by the Office of Student Affairs. He/she will orient faculty/staff and students in the apartment showing how the water tanks, gas tanks, heating system/boiler, and other devices work and in case of taking students to the AUA Student Residence, introducing them to the residence manager, who in turn will provide the required information about the facility.
