AUAC/AUAF Boards of Trustees Communications

The Boards of Trustees are the governing boards of the University. The President is directly responsible to the Trustees for the administration of the University. As such, the President is the liaison between the University’s faculty, staff, students, and alumni and the Boards of Trustees on all matters related to the University. Individual faculty and staff or their respective entities communicate with the members of the Boards through the President or with a copy of the communication to the President.

AUA Donors Communications 

The AUA Executive Team is the liaison between the University’s faculty, staff, and students and the AUA donors on all matters related to the University. The faculty, staff, students and alumni cannot approach AUA donors to solicit them for their own personal or individual and academic program/unit needs.
