The Facilities Services of AUA is responsible for the daily management of building maintenance/operation systems and Facilities services, including but not limited to heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, lighting, fire alarm/security, elevators, building repair/carpentry.

Requests for services should be sent to the Facilities Department at [email protected].

Typically, the Facilities Department addresses requests within three working days. Urgent requests will be addressed in an expedited manner.
